AFAD new building is between religious affairs administration and commerce department on the road Eskişehir. The entrance to the building is on the Eskişehir highway. Secondary entrance  for emergency case will be found. The building, operating room, activity center, the national seismic observation network unit, training center , archive will be found.

The operation center service is design as a separate building. Because it is necessary to survive in case of disaster.  Ellipse design was chosen to statically strenghten the building.  Operation center is located far from the Eskişehir road and the reason is safety. Service building located on 45.000 square meters and still under construction. The dome began installation in the past few days.
